frequency (50\/60 Hz) into high-frequency electrical energy corresponding, in this diagram, to 20,000 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the piezoelectric converter (or transducer) transforms the 20,000 Hz electrical energy into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency.
