The leak rate is a highly problematic issue in the food industry and packaging in general.<\/p>\n

Ultrasonic welding has yet another advantage: it is not affected by dirt and other pollution in the welding area.<\/p>\n

This technology thus allows optimal sealing of the packaging in areas \u201cpolluted\u201d by the product. For example, these are areas where there maybe sauce, powder, grated cheese residues or vegetable remains.<\/p>\n

Thus, ultrasonic sealing can improve the productivity of your factories. It reduces your maintenance and consumable costs (low energy consumption, fine welding resulting in less film use, etc.).<\/p>\n
