With our know-how of ultrasound processes, SONIMAT manufactures, develops and checksof ultrasound components at our workshops: slicing sonotrode, booster, piezoelectric converter, etc.
Our ultrasonic cutting sonotrodes and guillotines are made of food grade titanium and sold with a corresponding certificate.
We have several standard slicing blade models: asymmetrical, wedge, parallel edges and wavy exponential.
Each one is designed for a different objective: to slice and overturn, to slice and spread and finally to slice without separating the product for cutting.
The piezoelectric converter (or transducer) transforms the electrical 20,000 Hz emitted by the generator into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency. The energy is then mechanical.
In turn, the booster (amplitude amplifier) will increase or decrease the amplitude produced by the converter. This action also drives the slicing sonotrode.
