Thermoplastic welding is used in almost all everyday objects around us. Consumer goods products such as toys, household equipment, office supplies and many others undergo an assembly stage in their production cycle. This high-speed production for the mass market requires proven and repeatable welding solutions. The machines we develop meet these criteria particularly well with the further advantage of not requiring additional material or glue where there is a risk of hazardous composition.
Ultrasonic welding and rivet welding also meet the plastic welding objectives for industry and are used to assemble the vast majority of consumer products. However, our other spin, hot plate, laser and infrared welding machines can be used to achieve your specifications (mechanical strength, parts dimensions, weld shape, etc.).
