Our portable cutting system (SSP) is an ultrasonic cutter dedicated to different materials up to 35mm:
– HMI with intuitive touchscreen
– Low weight, less than 10kg (generator + handle)

– Air cooling system (6 bars, 110l/min)
– Frequency between 20kHz to 40kHz depending of cutting or welding application

Our ultrasonic welding handle is designed for welding and assembly operations of composite and thermoplastic materials (PEEK, PA, PEI, etc.) as well as the pre-positioning of thermosets composites.
Allows to maintain thermoplastic composite stacks before handling.
Welding cycle settings (control of energy and welding time, amplitude adjustment)
Easy way to replace nozzles for thermoplastic and thermosetting applications (conical, radial, diamond tips, flat). For details on our nozzles, please refer to our dedicated documentation.

Our ultrasonic welding handle is very effective for positioning composite laminates. It allows to maintain thermoplastic composite stacks before handling
Here: positioning of woven glass fiber / PA66 composite plies and ultrasound pre-positioning of PEEK carbon plates
The ultrasonic cutting of UD thermoplastic prepreg is facilitated by our ultrasonic cutter. Cutting effort is reduced and precision is guaranteed thanks to our designed equipment.
Our wide range of blades designed for the handle makes it easy to cut larger thicknesses. Here, a 20mm thick honeycomb nomex is cut perfectly using the 25mm blade.
